What we do
Agri-Infrastructure
Agro Park • Cold Chain
Industrial Infrastructure
• Factory Buildings • Flex Buildings
Logistics Infrastructure
Logistics Centers • Storage Terminals
We invest in large-scale regenerative farmlands and agri-infrastructure projects to assist smallholder farmers and SMEs agribusiness. Our investments target to ensure modern and efficient food production, processing and storage infrastructure, and robust distribution networks connecting from farms to the markets.
Furthermore, industrial and logistics infrastructure are equally vital for economic growth and the efficient goods mobilisation. We invest in greenfield factories to warehousing and distribution projects when there are demands from small and medium sized companies who want to have access to the ready properties.
Impact Strategy
We actively invest our time to understand local communities, real economy and value chains. We can design capital infrastructure projects that not only contribute directly to economic prosperity but also empower communities and build resilient infrastructure.
Regenerative Agriculture: With the aim to transform unused or unproductive large land into farmland by improving soil health, water retention, and biodiversity.
Resilient Infrastructure: Improve the supply chain infrastructure to address food insecurity, protect farms from climate change, and reduce food loss and greenhouse gas emissions.
Green Infrastructure: Prioritise sustainability and green building practises that contribute to environmental conservation and attract socially conscious industrial tenants.
Energy efficiency: Utilize on-site solar power and high-efficiency appliances to generate as much energy as it needs annually, reducing operational carbon to zero.
